As you can see on the replay or on the previous screenshot. The Command Center was built in Crossroads, one of the 2 Marines could jump into the chair to place another CC in Sub, there were 4 Marines alive in Sub with one IP if one of you had been killed. IP still works even if there's no chair around it. You had 70 tres to place another CC, I think it's enough with still 3 RTs.
