I can definitely reconize Evilbot's 100% accuracy from matches I've played against him. This one example I have is, I was lerking against him. I engaged while doing evasive manouvres all around him. He was simply burst firing and hit me with ALL the bullets, EACH time he bursted me.
To me there is no doubt, this guy is using an aimbot and have been for a very long time. Sure, it's a toggle and he is not undefeatable. But the playing field should be leveled with no advantages other than skill.

I was going over/around him, and the bursts kept coming at a steady rate and ALL of the bullets hit. I escaped with low hp around the nearest corner. What he did was inhumane, I've played against players that are far better than you.

One member on my team did express pretty plainly to me that this guy hacks, and I just assumed he was making excuses and being bad. After seeing this thread and watching some videos, I might have a changed view.

Also aside from the talk of the aim. What I witnessed twice was freeze and warping to another part a couple of steps away. It happened to me on veil as alien, i went to bite from behind and then he warped fwd and left: I will review for timestamp. then I saw it happen again when I watched the marine round on veil @ 1:28:30. he went from west ledge to above stranger. He had no more than a 105ms the whole game.

@SammyG, i know you meant well, i've just heard the same "argument" outside of this post and felt it was necessary to make that point to not get stuck on semantics like that. ;)

@MV, Simba, Jope, I watched your matches and it's partly the reason why i made this post, it's very understandable to first shrug it off as "good aim", glad you guys are bit more informed now. And i feel a bit sad about the scores of those matches, they could've gone differently without this guy.

Well of course it won't happen now, after the witchhunt thread has begun, should have been dealt with privately.

If this is a witchhunt, why is he not banned yet ? without proof.

To be honest here, everyone seem to see, recognize, acknowledge that the guy is cheating. Nevertheless, he's still here playing official matches, when you have so many people saying a guy is cheating, because they have played against him, or watched him play (experienced prem div players)
We know he's cheating, Referees know he's cheating, the whole DIV 2 knows it, etc ...
Now forcing him to stream won't be an easy thing to do I think, but we'll see

This is not only important for this particular case, but in general. Even I got accused of cheating once, although I play really crappy ^^

I'm not saying that guy is not cheating, nor do I say the opposite. But it is kind of easy to heap up stats on probably most of us, which indicate cheating. With all the hours we play out there, rare events naturally happen.

I agree that hard consequences need hard evidence, whatever that might be. GORGEous' solution sounds the best to me. It will never prove anything, but at least one can be sure, that the streaming person is not cheating in that actual game.

And yeah, someone recorded the last Div2 match against Leftovers. But things aren't as easy as they seem to be and no decision will be taken by the Admins before we're absolutely convinced that the player is cheating.

Well "simple" got 35-40% accuracy for his last 3 or 4 PCWs, so I guess it's possible.

Yes, you are right, it's not about my ego at all, it's about people throwing shit at eachother for no reason. Sure, I am not very hard to hit when I am not doing evasive manouvres, most people can kill me when I don't do them. But most prem div players have trouble killing me in the situations where I actually get it executed, you included.
There is no way that, you, or anyone else playing this game legitimally, could have done what he did. Keeping 100% accuracy in consistent burst fire intervals with rifle, against a lerk that flies over your head and around you, while doing erratic movement(up/down - left/right etc.). The consistent intervals and amount of bullets fired also indicates that he might be using some sort of script or macro. Just sad that there is no recording of the pcw, but you can PM if you wanna try to prove that you can do this. It will be embarassing for you, if you truly believe you can do it.

Either way, your statement does not invalidate my experience with Evilbot in any way, which is what this is about. It just tells something about you as a person.

Let's be honest that 20 people on this thread sure EvilBot is cheater not mean "everyone". I believe that the most people who doubt at his dishonesty just keep silence. Nevertheless, it is not a voting.

Personally, I trust EvilBot and I know that everybody who ever was familiar with EvilBot trust him (Tachi is example). I know EvilBot is not excelent player, he has ill positioning, dodging, reading e.t.c. His reaction and physical limits also are quite human. The only that EvilBot has is an outstanding natural talent to aim on twitching targets like that while in-game that specially essential when shooting fades and lerks with machinegun.

However, I call on be reasonable. It is early to draw any conclusions now just because someone be able to do something that you are unable to do. It's a bad manners. Let's wait for feedback from referee staff the more that I'm as PU! leader ready to help resolve this situation. No doubt about that EvilBot will be punished and all our team will be punished if the real proof will be found. But all in this thread should be ashamed if he will be justified - remember that.

The decision won't be based on "a real proof" but on a beam of arguments. Rfeferees aren't going to scan his pc files.

You do realise that if one person who was part of a match used 3rd party programs to elevate his own skill, that's a direct change to how the match was played, right? If you want to be demeaning to the guy, at least be reasonable.

@CRaZyCAT, thank you for posting, it really showed why people like your team so you're doing a good keeping the image of good guys up, kudos to you! As for your opinion about your teammate, i can't help but feel you're blinded by your 'friendship' or whatever you feel for the guy to actually believe what you write. The sad thing is, we might never know the "the complete truth", how do we know that the video content they have of the guy really reveals it or not, or enough to be conclusive? How would we know if we had access to his computer right now, that he is even using the same computer he did when he was "supposedly cheating"?

This is not your normal cheating example, because we lack the registration of anticheating software like VAC, or punkbuster, what we do have is experience from players everyone wants to dismiss because it's not a program. We might never be able to say that this guy should be banned, but at bare minimum we should be able to force him to either stream all his games, or provide demos from all the games, or both, and hope that his cheats are visible enough.

Or heck, let's remove spread from all the weapons and see his accuracy go to 100% :)

I wathed most of the Starke Fischerboot vs Powerup PCWs and some other Powerup PCWs. Pascow and East are raging about this guy and I started wathing him. I like this russian team but he is definetly cheating. Not all the time but at critical moments.

PS: SammyG will be rookie at these critical moments against his aim :o>

He constantly walks backwards, he has no map awareness and has the gamesense of a potato yet he gets most kills of everyone in ensl matches and gets a 100% accuracy on some kills (verified by slowing down frag footage and actually counting every single bullet).
Not that that proofs anything, but it's no secret he cheats in the ns scene.
He's just getting away with it because of the first person spectate issue in ns2.
