Starting a new thread here so the other thread doesn't go off-topic because of this. So the idea is:

An accept button could just prolong the procedure for a gather to be formed. People have complained in the past about the time it took to start a gather. I wasn't but I agreed with the people that the waiting was awful and at some points it was ridiculous. So I dislike this suggestion because I prefer it taking less time for a gather to start. Also the idea of the button is being brought up because of a rare instance. People being slow in the procedure is a lot more common.
Instead if you don't want to or can't play but you are stuck in the gather, there is the option to find a merc to replace (and free) yourself. Like for this mister right here:

Getting a merc has been done before and is an accepted method. If you are having trouble with it, try to get aid from the people signed up to the gather or someone else. If this fails then either play (even if you don't want to) or just tell everyone in the gather that you tried but it didn't work out and then face the consequences of it.

Myx saysMaybe just add button "Accept game" clicking on that game starts. Dont accept - click "leave gather" and wait for other people.
This would be the best solution imo. All 12 having to accept or leave the game when it's full, right before voting captains. If anyone denies/leaves the gather goes back to the signups waiting for 12 players again.

Jeah, I really like the accept idea. Would also solve the "Fuck I forgot the pcw and I´m still in the gather" moments when the music starts :)
