GB is our tag on our profiles, UK is what we select on ENSL and our countries are where we are from. Bloody European admins confusing us together and not making it clear exactly who is competing (GB, UK, or England/Wales/Scotland/Northern Ireland)so I'm guessing we'll take anyone with the GB flag on their profile.

Don't be too fussed about skill level, we're clear underdogs so lets just have a laugh and enjoy our self depricating nature. Who knows, maybe we'll find a few gems among us and a few friends to play with in the future.

So what is happening with this? I don't see much being organised, I thought Wob or vrum were going to arrange something?

Ok so I hear Wob is not doing this now. Maybe it is best that we all nominate a team captain that can choose the players?

I just don't think we are going to have enough time to get pcw's with all the players that would like to represent the UK so a captain may be the most efficient way right now.

The cup starts on the 25th-26th and signups close on the 20th. Currently we do have a Team UK signed up to the cup but there are no members in it since Wob left so I am not sure we can get people put into that team or we need to make a new one.

Any way lets come to a consensus on this asap.

You should vote for the team captain, so captain can determine the lineup.

Personally I don't like the inflexible fixed timings and cramming of games into 2 evenings - it's no good for me with kids etc.

I would make myself available as backup for the team, but I don't really want to assure anyone I would be around at these times.

I don't think Wob is interested in playing although I could be wrong and I don't see any interest from the players you mentioned kella as they have not posted at all on this thread.

As soon as I heard the dates I realised I couldn't play. I have exams over the next month. Feel free to take over.

When blind first told me about this idea I whacked up a steam group so I can invite whoever to it. That is unless you lot already have a group.

Plus I have a team UK on the site so we don't have to worry about ownership on Wob's old team, if you guys want to use it. Where did he go anyway?

We're up for some practise if people want to get it going.

Nice. No we have absolutely nothing sorted. Wob realised that the dates fall on the same dates he has exams I believe. I am up for it.

Is anyone still interested in doing this? 2 days left for signups and no team as of yet. Even if it is just for a bit of fun it would be good to field a team.
